Laura Jimenez, Community Manager

Laura’s passion to innovate the way people work resulted from nine years with HSBC working in different offices from coast to coast. She is excited to be back home in Western New York, applying her entrepreneurial spirit to challenge the status quo, take risks and improve the human experience. When she’s not building the HANSA community, Laura is traveling or celebrating life’s moments with close friends and family.

Kellena Kane, President and Co-Founder

Kellena has been in the real estate development industry for nearly 15 years. A proud WNY native, she excels at bringing national real estate concepts to our home turf and is excited to deliver our region’s first coworking and flexible office service. She enjoys connecting people and strategic planning. When she’s not geeking out on Excel, Kellena is exploring Buffalo with her husband and four children.

Meet Carl

Carl Montante Jr., Co-Founder

Carl Jr. has grown up in the real estate business as the son of Uniland’s founder, Carl Montante. He started as a teenager getting his hands dirty installing landscaping for their new buildings. He now revels in paying attention to industry trends and ensuring Uniland stays ahead of the curve. Carl likes to unwind by mountain biking and playing tennis in the warm weather, and snowboarding when the snow flies.
